General Ed. is a group of 3 friends from the Inland Empire, CA that truly love creating music and playing music together. The group was started by the two brothers of the band, Michael and Gabriel Godwin back in 2015, and we added our drummer/vocalist, Acxel Bravo, to the group about 2 years ago. In my (Michael) opinion, we play blues inspired indie rock music that's fun, catchy, and interesting to listen to. The brothers in the band are both lyricists and songwriters, but General Ed. is very much a strong collaboration between the three members, incorporating everyone's talents, skills, and musical knowledge. We love being a rock trio where each of the members are heard and contribute equally to the creation of our music either in the studio or on stage.
