“My name is Ivan La Torre, I am 23 years old. I live in Los Angeles, CA but in a little city called South Gate. However, growing up with a big family, I had a few other places I would call home; like Lynnwood, Huntington Beach, and Downey. My childhood consisted of hanging out with family who live scattered across the state. I rap, I sing, I do a couple things!  I’ve always enjoyed music, but from an audience point of view. Never did I think I was going to end up being naturally equipped with an arsenal of songwriting. As I got older, there became a certain point when playing beats and free-styling over them was just automatic…IT just built up my practice and confidence. With support from friends and family along the way, I realized this gift just came naturally to me, and I’m going to take advantage of it.”
